Water-resistant

Pilgrim watches are water-resistant which means they are all protected against splashes and rain. Water resistance 3-5 ATM printed on all our watches means that the watch is water resistant, and not water proof. They must not be submerged in water. Please note that these watches are only water resistant as long as they are sealed - i.e. glass, back case and crown are intact.

Warranty claims

Pilgrim guarantees against all manufacturing defects for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase.

Warranty rights cover all parts except glass, battery, crown, leather straps or steel band links. if making a warranty claim, please send the watch to us (Bubbles Jewels) along with warranty certificate and order number. The watch will be repaired if possible.
