We only charge for Postage Packing and Shipping on the first item - any additional items purchased and sent at the same time are FREE from Postage / Packing and Shipping charges.

If you are unhappy with a purchase from us, send an e-mail to: returns@shopatbubbles.com which will reply automatically with a Returns Form. Please print this form and return it with your items.
Goods purchased from us must be returned within 14 days and in the condition that they were received.
You are responsible for the item until it reaches us, please make sure that you send it via a service that insures and tracks the return of the goods.
