This autumn Helena Christensen co-designed a necklace with Pilgrim in her New York appartment. The entire profit goes to MSF.

In the lucky bag, you'll find 3 small charms and a cord. The 3 charms symbolise the dawning of life, our origins and the spirit of community. Put the charms on the cord. When the cord breaks one day, you will be spreading your good wishes and hopes into the world like tiny seeds. Helena Christensen.

Examples of what MSF can do with the amount from one item of jewellery:

*Treat 15 people with cholera

*Provide basic medical help to 37 people for an entire month

*Treat 32 people with meningitis

*Provide medicines for an AIDS inflicted child for over 2 months
